This extended DT is really a ploy by CCP to make miners happy. Due to DT, miners can't be ganked by Code. |

Well chilling out with a glass of wine here.
Hope you CCP guys can solve the problem, allowing me a couple of hours game time here before I need bed. But if you can't, I can only hope this time tomorrow I will get back to the best MMO game.
And to all the eve addicts out there, hang in, am sure the CCP guys are doing what they can. |

Hey guys,
As youGÇÖre all aware, Tranquility is still offline after todayGÇÖs scheduled daily downtime.
This is due to an issue with a code deployment today while patching for a few fixes in EVE Online. The issue caused the cluster to fail to start up correctly, and as such, Tranquility is currently unavailable for play for both EVE and DUST.
Our operations and development team are working on this issue as we speak, and weGÇÖre hoping to have Tranquility back online for you guys as soon as possible.
Right now, we donGÇÖt have an ETA for when the cluster will be back online and accepting connections, but weGÇÖll keep you updated in this thread.

What's the record for number of replies or pages to loss of game play due to a technical issue on the developers side since eve started?

Thats exactly what we do when we have some massive problems with our infrastructure at the datacenter and everyone is doing overtime. Sit about with your dicks in your hands and eat pizza? Gee let me know which DC that is so I can make sure to never rent servers there. Sorry if CCP are looking out for the welfare of their employees by feeding them and making sure they're not going hungry when they've been working 9 hours solid on a severe technical issue. Yep we EVE players maybe unhappy due to no game time, but please CCP don't get upset by some of the replies you get on here. End of the day we are all adults and should accept that mistakes happen, even in a MMO game |
